The Community Development Partnership of West Virginia (CDP) is a statewide organization formed in 2003 to assist community based nonprofit organizations to build their organizational capacity and leverage and increase resources for community economic development.

CDP provides education, training and technical assistance in community development, strategic planning, board governance, and best practices in nonprofit management  utilizing the National Standards for Excellence for Nonprofit Organizations.

CDP is the only nonprofit in West Virginia certified by the National Standards for Excellence Institute.
