During the summer of 2004, the CDP surveyed hundreds of nonprofits across the state about their organizational concerns.  The top four issues centered around:  1) being able to effectively communicate the value of their work; 2) developing financial management and accountability systems; 3) developing and engaging effective Board leaders; and 4) fundraising to support programmatic and operational needs. 

As a result of this information, the CDP has developed a series of workshops designed to provide organizational development training and follow up customized technical assistance .Please check the website frequently for updates on these workshops.
